Does anyone have a phone number for Royal Mail Customer Services which result you in speaking to human and not being continually told for any enquiry to go to Royalmail.com, which doesn't help

Thanks

(get human is general useful for this sort of thing)
useful link ABED Ta !
Apparently not as useful as it could be having gone there.....
Omg...and with an 'average waiting time' of over 500 minutes-almost 9 hours...
I give up after 10 minutes.
Well it depends what your problem is but have you got a local PO that you could ring or visit? I couldn't find the answer on the website to a straightforward question...my local PO gave the info I needed me within a few seconds.
don't press any of the selections or give voice responses eventually you might be put through to a human as they have to have a back up for those with disabilities who don't have tone phones

Arrrrrrghhhhhh, eventually got through using Rowanwitch's suggestion of just holding. Why the hell do they have a Recorded Delivery service when the item's don't even get tracked through the system (they are only tracked when signed for). They then told me to call my local Sorting Office which I have been doing since 9am this morning, they replied that they might not hear the phone over the machinery!!! Excuse after Excuse with the Royal Mail. When they going private?
I'm not really sure that humans are still employed at Royal Mail.
Try saying "operator".
