Royal Mail are crap. I ordered something from USA for a Christmas present. Postie put a card through my door last week stating that there was £11 plus to pay on the package. When I collected the package, I saw that £3 was a "customs charge" and £8 was a Royal Mail "handling charge". Thieving bar stewards!!!!!

Apparently the Royal Mail cut down on seasonal staff this year to save money and there is quite some backlog of Christmas mail!
