I have had the mobile phone for quite some time and no probs but now when I make or receive a call I cannot hear the other person although they can hear me. Also when i key in 901 to retrieve voice message I cannot hear anything. Any help and advice will e appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Have you turned down the earpiece volume with the rocker buttons on the side, they change the ring volume when not on a call but with a call in progress they change the earpiece volume. Try calling your voicemail and then try turning the volume up with the rocker whilst on the call.
