Nope, I thought he was pretentious and looked a bit like Billy Connolly.
I got the New Zealand accent straight away ("can you giss..") and Canada ("aboot").

Happiest - No idea, welsh generally sound quite happy though.
COnfusing - Newcastle.
Miserable - Birmingham, but I don't believe that's necessarily true.
Dumbest - Newcastle
Annoying - Newcastle
Angriest - Northern Ireland, I've relatives who make the question 'do you want a cup of tea?' sound like 'I'm going to disembowel you and make you eat it'.
