please any help l am a 57 year old woman who has been suffering with constant pain in the base of my spine when l am walking only when l sit for a few minutes even less takes the pain away which means going for long walks which l loved to do cant be done, l do yoga exercise everything that l have read what else can l do ?

Sounds like coccidynia.....Google it.

To start with, I would take Ibuprofen 600mgms as and when necessary up to a maximum of three a day..and if this doesnt settle it within a fortnight, then see your GP.
