little blue cars...keep seeing them!

i keep seeing little blue cars...there were even 2 outside my house yesterday, and 1 is there today...ive seen 3 today on a 5 min journey.
2 the time before and 2 before that...and 3 the day before...whcih was when i first noticed them...

theyre very small ones...

is it a fashion or something? are they new?

obviously im noticing them more becaue i am now aware of it, but my friend reckons its trying to tell me something....but what?

i am aware of all this looking for the signs stuff, and i do it myself sometimes, but dont usually pay much attention to them...i am aware its likley imaginary....

(PLEASE DONT LECTURE ME THAT IM BEING SILLY AND IT ALL NONSENSE - I AM AWARE OF ALL THOSE COMMENTS ALREADY...BUT I AM STILL ALLOWED TO POSE THE QUESTION...)

im just curious as to whether anyone has any thoughts on little blue cars...??

my local council are equipping some staff tiny blue electric cars for some of their services, not sure what services but they dont go faster than 45mph

Are they the 'reconditioned' Nissans from the seventies which are the latest fad. Most seem pale eggshell blue in colour??

thats the ones judge nutmeg...but a few could have been other types but thye all look like the one in your pic

no theres no hire place to my knowledge...
