Difficult Clues

Any help with solving the two clues would be appreciated.
All from a quiz and do not have any letters

Internal murmur with light food (7 letters)
Starter as the prisoner makes a dash (7 letters)

Sorry,39Eliz, I've been trying to get the first one but am completely stumped. I keep thinking it's got something to do with food. I'll keep on trying. They are quite difficult. In the second one I thought dash meant hurry but then it came to me.

(a blowing sound or murmur or a light dish of eggs )

I think your soupcon is right .My Bradfords dictionary gives soupcon as a dash. Soup is a starter .Prisoner a con .
It also give souffle as murmur . Is an 'uff a murmer :)

That's where I found souffle. I think you're spot on. Hope 39Eliz accepts these answers. No more searching for me-off to catch up on some letter-writing.
