There are flats at 1 Hyde park, London, which start at that price. If you had that sort of money would you not want a bit more space?

Brenda....are you suggesting that someone who has worked his b0llocks off and could afford this flat should go for something "cheaper" to make Bill Bloggs who is also working his "b0llcks off..feel better?

Would Bill Bloggs, who is working his "b0llocks off" after winning the Eurolottery, temper his spending so as not to upset his mate "other Bill Bloggs?"
<<<The sheer obscenity of anyone willing to pay prices like those , is in my view a total slap in the face to the ordinary Joe Bloggs, and his/ her family who are working their boll**ks off to keep their heads above water. >>>

So is the £250,000 (or whatever is the average these days) that Joe Bloggs is willing to pay a 'slap in the face' for people with no money at all?

Don't see why the value of very rare or high quality items should bother or be of any interest to anyone other than those involved in its sale or purchase.

I suppose banker's might buy them. But it's a distance from the city, i think.
It's just down the road from Mayfair, Belgravia and an old gaff called Buckingham Palace; so it's hardly in an area short of money.

would be a great starter home for willie and katie, when they get married, not too far from granny.
Bloody ridiculous for a one bedroom flat. Round here for £6.5million you'd expect at least 3 bedrooms.
Yeah, same round here.

Nothing else of course; just three bedrooms.
.
I've looked at these flats on rightmove.co.uk............and yes if I had the money I'd buy one.
I would buy if I had the money -its not an obscene amount nowadays for some-Location Location Location-what an investment !!
