unstable stomach & bleeding noses before periods
5 Answers
Whenever my time of the month comes, I always get a nosebleed about a day or two before my period starts. Is this common?
Also, my stomach always feel really 'unstable' if that makes sense when i have my period. It's hard to explain but unstable is the only way i can think of. It just feels really kind of loose and weird. Hahaha this really isn't going anywhere but if anyone can make sense out of this please let me know if this is also common or anything i can do about it?

It certainly is worth asking your GP to refer you to an ENT surgeon as there might.....just might be one blood vessel causing your bleeds and this vessel could be dealt with.
But.....don´t hold your breath.

it is quite a comment occurrence may be down to the hormone imbalance just before your period. some people get it worse than others but i heard that the contraceptive pill cerezette helps balance your hormones. in some people they do stop the period but i found that it helped my monthlys and helped my stomach as well. go to your GP and see if you can get that contraceptive pill or one that works in the same way. hope this helps :)
I'm similar to ethandron, find it hard to go right before and loose after. Pretty common as is your stomach feeling funny. My tummy feels like that at the moment, still at 32, nothing much you can do save going on the pill or similar as suggested above.
When I was on the contraceptive injection mine stopped completely and that was a nice relief for a while.
