When will my dividend come out?
7 Answers
I have got a few shares in an American company called Tyco International. I have had them since last December or January I think. I did a search about dividends from the company and found that they have been released quarterly throughout 2010. However I have never received any dividend or even a letter about a dividend. I was just wondering is there a problem or are quarterly dividends saved up and then just paid out once a year? If this is the case when should I expect to receive it or is there perhaps an issue that needs to be resolved?

The press release is a bit confusing, but you will due the US$ equivalent of Swiss Francs 0.90 per share at 23rd. February.
It appears that dividends are paid quarterly, therefore depending on when you purchased your shares last year, you are entitled to previously declared dividends.
You need to get in touch with your broker to claim the missing payments.
