Swivel Eye Pencil in light Brown

I usually buy Boots Prestige eye pencils but find the Brown is too dark for my eyebrows. OK for eyes though. Where can I get a soft swivel Light Brown swivel eye pencil - online if possible?? Maybelline seem to have a few but they are based in the US so no good to me.

Hi Smurfchops. I don't know if you can get one online but I use Maybelline's swivel-up eye liner. It's really good and I think they do several colours.
Hope you can locate some!

PS. I get mine in Superdrug so it is available on the high street in UK

It's not swivel but Barbara Daly at Tesco does a nice hazel or fair ones which aren't too dark
