Have looked everywhere but cannot find artist or song.

I know for a fact the artist was a female(early 20s?) called April May(cheesy i know).I dont know the song title(possibly Stay) but chorus went along the lines of," Stay with me here , dont leave me alone tonight , baby just one more time......."

Probably late 90s and was out about the same time the Russian singer Alsou released her first single if that helps!

If it really was April May, the internet's never heard of her.  Those lyrics, or a pretty close approximation of them, seem to be from a song called "Stay" by Nicole.  The full lyrics are here.  Just who Nicole is, no idea.  There seem to have been about a dozen singers just called Nicole, from R&B to the German Eurovision winner, but I can't find this song by any of them.  Hope this helps a bit...
