Anyone else have the problem getting their minute and text balance since begining of Jan?
I ring either 191 or 44555 and no text with balance ever gets sent, thanks in advance
I'm with Vodafone and I don't recognise either of those numbers. I've just checked my balance (with no problems) using the same number that I've always used (which is stored on my phone):

hi thanks, I have always dialed 191 to get my balance, I tried your way and it didn't work and when you speak to them they don't help, I knew I should of stayed with 3, think I will change back
It's this:
star hash one three four five hash
(I'm not sure whether the star will show clearly on your screen).
Try it again. It should definitely work. That number will get you a text with the information you require. Alternatively, simply dial 2345 to hear your balance and payment options.
