Right basically,

I have been using my hotmail address to register with youtube, blogger, facebook etc

I now hate hotmail and love gmail

How do I change all my accounts, some of which are google accounts, from my hotmail address username to my new love gmail address.

All your account will probably be slight different, but something along the lines of Account > Settings > Email ... and change it there.
