How to connect the connector on an Ntl:250 modem

Hi,

I want to lengthen the cable going to my ntl:250 broadband modem.but not sure what coaxial to use The connector is an f-type connector.

Is there no info on the side of the present cable?. I use a lot of coax in amateur radio and its always identified along the side.
