Is it fairs or fayres?

Anyway, that's not the real question. With all this Gypsy wedding conversation going on at the moment, it got me thinking about the ones I've seen around here and you do see young gypsy girls wearing next to nothing, particularly at the fair grounds. Granted I can't say I've seen a 6 or 7 year old in that clobber but certainly girls in their early teens. So are the gypsy's that run the fairs a different 'type' of gypsy and not the true ones?

If you didn't go round needlessly correcting spellings and saved it for when it's appropriate then maybe you wouldn't irritate me.
dont know why anyone got onto 'fayres' when you said fairground anyway. I think they are travellers too

Lol 4get, it hadn't occured to me that I had actually used the word fairground.

To Mark, yes I am aware I am pretty dumb and have been aware of that for some time so I don't need you to point it out to me. Fair enough, correct my spelling but you don't need to be such an arse about it.
