how to turn foreign game into english speaking one

i found a old game called medieval 2 for the psone (well i now play it on ps3) but its not in english, aint they some code to turn it into a english speaking game.

Usually language options are located in the menu, or sometimes when you first start up the game.

usually gives you the option before the main menu, else you wouldnt know where to go to change it? never seen a game where UK isnt the default.

Not sure they'd go to the bother of coding games in different languages? Unless they werent designated for the european PAL system. Usually the choice of language is European ones.
