Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Did anyone else have trouble with the right-hand corner of this puzzle?
6d. gunge(5)
11a. cluster (5)
I have assumed that 4d-freedom from work(7)- is leisure; 5d-kind of fish(5)-is trout; and
6d-gunge(5)-is slime. But I have probably gone haywire.

cluster - crowd or group?

Thanks ljdksa but I fear crowd or group is not the answer. I should perhpas have explained the intersections:
For 6d - gunge (5) I have ?l??? - the 4th letter being the last of the word for 11a - cluster (5) where I have s?r??.
There is a word 'sorus' which means a cluster of sporangia on the underside of a fern frond - but this would then give ?l?s? for 'gunge' and this would mean that the answer could not be 'slime' which is the nearest I can get for gunge.
All very irritating!
