Our V+ box is beginning to have a few 'blips' - needs to be reset 2/3 times a day. My question is...if we need a new one do we have to pay for it (how much would it cost) or is it replaced under contract. Thank you...

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.As ABerrant and cc1 rightly mention, contact Virgin and tell them of the problem you've got....they will try to fix trhe fault remotely and if not book they will book an engineer to come out to either fix it or change/update the box.
I had mine upgraded free of charge last week and now it does everything but make the toast.
I have no worries with Virgin Media and would recommend them without hesitation.
