There is Jules Holland, and who is the Jules who presents the House in the Country? Then again Jamie Oliver calls his wife Jules. Must be one of those shortened names like Sam or Alex, used by both sexes.

that's Julian Miles Holland; it gets spelt Jools but could just as easily be Jules. As ABerrant (I think it was) pointed out, it's an abbreviation for names of either sex - Julian and Julia - and I suspect it'll become a name in its own right if it hasn't already.
