I used it a couple of years ago and over a period of 6 months I saw no improvement in my skin whatsoever. At 42 years old I still have acne and have long given up trying to get rid of it. I started getting spots at age 10 and have had them ever since, thankfully they aren't anywhere near as bad now as they used to be.
Thank you for your answer Daffy. I am going to give them a go - they don't cost much to buy. I am currently on the pill to help with my skin and saw a huge improvement but in the last couple of months it has come back with a vengeance. It seems to get worse as I get older also =)
I too have tried these tablets and they didn't work. I can recommend freederm though! I use the sensitive face wash in the morning and follow this with the lotion and then the moisturiser. In the evening i exfololiate and then follow with the freederm lotion and moisturiser. I also have switched from a liquid foundation to a mineral powder and this too helps. I rarely suffer from spots now and my confidence has increased greatly! Good luck Greedyfly :)
i suffered from acne for years-am thinking of giving laser treatment or microdermabrasion a go, saw some deals at skin health spa,
