I did the 'Flexi Diet' and the 'Points' diet lost weight and put it all, and more, back on. I then read 'I Can Make You Thin' by Paul McKenna, lost over 4 stone and have kept it off! A must read for all (this is not an advert!) but I haven't listened to the CD yet nor do I exercise very much. It's so nice to buy clothes in normal shops without looking in the outsize section while the skinny assistants snigger. Try your library for diet/healthy eating cookbooks so it won't cost anything. Also stay away from those 'diet pills' that 'will only work as part of a calorie-controlled diet', if you are on a calorie-controlled diet why would anyone need the pills?
