Photobucket album display...

When viewing my album I have a 4 x 4 column block of my images over towards the left hand side of the page. On the right hand side I see options for sharing albums and creating sub albums.

Is there a way to turn off/hide these two options, so the whole album page displays nothing but my pics across the whole page width, so I can see more images per page?

They've changed the layout/format... there is now no 'view whole album' option (I don't think) like there used to be... now it takes bloody ages to scroll through loads of individual pages every time you want to locate one because you cannot increase the number of images viewable per page...

Hi Snags,

I opened my Photobucket account just two days ago when I wanted to post some photos of our aviary in Animals and Nature. I got a bit stressed out but I eventually posted the links. However, I only seemed able to post a link for people to view the whole album. I eventually found out how to post a link to a single photo but if you go to Pinkilady's question in Pets about How Large a Cage you'll see my link which shows the entire album (of 5 pictures!).

Try the Organize tab instead of the Media tab.

Should add that there is an icon of 3 small vertical bars on either side which you can use to adjust the width of that display.

Andyvon... go to Account settings (off your user name in the blue bar at the top of your Photobucket home page) > Album settings... scroll down to Link Options and play around with the settings there. I have ticked the Direct Link option box only which only shows the individual image and not the whole album.

A quick look on Google shows I'm not the only one who dislikes the newer layout... seems what I want to do isn't an option.
