Neither.

I can't abide eating in bed at any time - i even sit on the side of the bed to drink a cup of tea, and i never ever eat in bed.

The present Mrs Hughes has ME, and mornings are not a good time for her. I bring her breakfast in bed every day she is home, and not working away, and she is not a 'morning' person either, so anything else would not be enjoyable for either of us.

A siesta though? That's a whole new proposition ...!
