What colour of flesh should a 1 hour grilled trout be?

Sure you will be fine, how long ago did you eat it? I had a slightly strange tasting bit of haddock from a chippie a few years back but I was so ravenous I ate it anyway, within half an hour I wished I hadn't:-( If it hasn't had an effect by now you should be ok!

Well im OK so far....about 2 hours ago...aaaarrgh(falls to the floor clutching her throat) Maybe better not joke about it....Thursday i will be sitting on toilet all day....in my local food poisining clinic.....

As of Wednesday night...im feeling OK....Felt a bit dodgy in morning...but that might have been a reverse placebo effect....
