What are obstructed and partial obstructed views on the cruise ship Ventura, outside cabins, any help appreciated, have checked ship decks etc but nothing specifies obstruction.

are they where the lifeboats are anchored, thus restricting the view?

yes, it's usually cabins with lifeboats haning wholly or partially outside the windows

Or it could be where part of the superstructure (gangways etc) go to an upper deck?
