I know, wearing glasses is a pain Lottie - I hate it!
I had perfect eyesight & could thread the smallest needle until in my late 40's, but the constant use of pc's at work & age got the better of them.
I started off with just reading glasses, then as time went on had bifocals for reading, pc & tv. I then started having trouble reading no., plates at a distance, so tried varifocals - best thing I ever did. They took some getting used to, 'specially walking downstairs, but I wouldn't be without them now!
I try not to wear them when I'm generally walking around outside shops, etc., (vanity & all that), but they are an absolute boon when I do put them back on - 'specially driving at night!
Give them a try, you may soon see the benefits! ;o}
