We went to Magaluf in late October a few years ago. We had good weather, sunny, but not very hot. It was still hot enough for summer clothes though. I wouldn't bother with Magaluf unless you want the nightlife (it was much quieter than normal but still going), but I'd recommend going to Palma Nova, which is next door to Magaluf. They've got a 72 hole crazy golf course (you don't have to do it all), but the surroundings are gorgeous and it makes a great day out either as a couple, with your kids or on a lads/girls holiday.

There is also a show in the evenings called Pirates (this time in Magaluf) which is quite a good night out. There is a kids version and an adult one with some audience participation. Very worth it if you like places with atmosphere and some amazing acrobatics.

Sorry I've harped on - hope this was helpful. Have a great holiday!

Haven't been to Majorca in November but have stayed twice ar Bonaire and loved it. Was a few years ago so hopefully it is still as good. The harbour at Cala Bona was really nice with quite a few shops and restaurants. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
