I broke my left wrist last year, I started going to the gym and have seen pretty good results, but I seem to be having real problems building up my forearms. Any ideas?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.All Good suggestions so far. The forearm, like the calf need special attention as they are more dense than the other muscles. They therefore give a much more intense burn when exercised. I did rock climbing years ago and would thoroughly recomend it as a forearm work out. Another idea though is to continually squeeze a squash ball, even now I have one on my desk.
