Received a bill from talk talk which I have no direct account with. Apparently it's for additional 'space' on an old Line One email account which I never requested. Asked to be put thru to cancellations but, surprise surprise, no answer. It's only for a small amount. Would you pay, or just let them cancel the account?

If you didn't ask for it, why should you pay for it?
Stuff 'em : )
They are a nightmare to get through to on the phone.

I would send a polite but firm letter, telling them to get their act together.
Write to them? ... And waste all that paper?
