Sorry to drift off the question but we was having a debate at work as to what happens to someones house when they are jailed and they have a mortgage?

My answer to your reply Elvis, If anyone has been jailed for illegal drugs, all their monies & houses should be taken & used by the state to better use, Eg/ NHS etc. there are different categories for getting put behind bars, in today's climate it would be wrong to categorise a person that has fallen on hard times & cannot afford to pay a heating bill etc.
