Are you entitled to look at a court case if it was about you?
I was wondering if anyone knows the law regarding viewing court case records, i received death threats from an ex and it went to court, i didn't want to attend at the time, but i'm curious as to what he said, etc...

there is no stenographer in magistrates courts, so there won't be a transcript of what happened. he must have pleaded guilty (or there would have been a trial), and generally the facts are read out by the prosecutor. he might have been asked a few questions, or made some comments, but I doubt there would be a record of that.
