Mike Parry quit his job with TalkSport because disgraced Sky Sports presenters Andy Gray and Richard Keys have been signed to present his daily radio slot.

He seemed to disappear a few days before the announcement they were coming.

Ian Collins went to great lengths to explain that Mike was leaving way before TalkSport signed the other two eejits.

Parry has apparently been in contract dispute with the station since the time of the World Cup. He is quoted as saying he had a number of other job offers, one of which he has obviously decided to accept.

His resignation was placed before the annoucement of the arrival of Gray and Keys, but of course, he may well have heard about it, and that may have tipped his decision.
