I have a 14yr old son who had been complaing of chest pain on the right handside, he hasn't fell or anything, no shortness of breath, etc, not feeling ill, but just sore.

Has he been doing anything active, where he could have pulled a muscle?

Could be some thing to do with growing pains but by all means seek medical advice if its a concern

Appendicitis can start in the solar plexus area....I would take your wee boy to the docs
