ALBA that is similiar to what the Scottish call Stovies . My mother used to make but it was cooked slowly layer of potatoes fat then potato onion time about and cooked very slowly then corn beef added.

I have a meeting this afternoon and another this evening, Not a lot tomorrow and the rest of the week getting ready to go to Mooseheart next Monday for a few days.
