To add, if you are familiar with the VIN plate for the car, you will find this under the bonnet as a norm it is Alloy, near or on the part you will see the paint code, get all the details off this plate you will need this to get the exact colour match for your car, you should be able to pick one up for under £20 painted, to put it on to your car takes a min. If you need help, ask.
TWR - Cheers (its my car, was just on donnas laptop lol)
the trim has come off and are having difficulties in finding a replacement.
i don't really wanna be paying the £130 that audi want as i reckon i can get 1 for about £20 from a breaker when i find one, audi refuse to give me the part number.
car was painted in the past on that side due to someone hitting the side of my car and had new door skin (not trim) also i lost the trim in the bad snow we had before x'mas as the snow piled up amongst the door shut and wing and pushed it off.

Hi, if you take off the side that has the trim on you will find that the trim No is the same as the side that has no trim, it will be No?????? (L) No?????? (R) the trim is easily removed & replaced as the clips insert into plastic inserts, as said, under the bonnet or the door pillars the paint code will be there, make sure you give all the details on the paint code intern getting the correct painted trim, there are many sites to look at including EBay, with postage you are looking up to £20 If that as the thing is only plastic after all, a bit of a tip when you replace, just add a bit of blue tack or the likes to the edges of the trim, this way you will not loose it.
