Have heard this is good for stressful situations and when you just want to "switch off" and stop thinking thoughts you dont want to think about!!

How often can you use it in a day? Doesnt really say anything on the box, just how to use it. Not intending to use it constantly but just wondered!

Also bought the night one - has anyone used this and was it helpful? I assume I'm meant to take it just before I go to bed? Again, it doesnt say on the box!!

i was given some of this a number of years ago and can honestly say it didn't do a thing.
All the plant extracts and research that goes into making medicine, we call medicine ...

The one's that are left and don't result in anything, we call 'remedies'. :-)
you cant overdo it.. hence there is no dosage!

its all natural and even safe for children and animals
if its a bottle with squeezy pipette you can drop a few droplets direct onto tongue or mix with glass of water before bed
No offence but this sounds like a right con. How much did you ay for this?
pay*
... about a fiver for 20ml
well its completly homeopathic.. and some people do find it works for them... very popular in USA.

I have tried it - but dont seem to get anything from it really that I could say works.. but some people like the whole 'natural' thing
Jeez! I'll do some sugar water for £4 for 20ml. Just put it on your tongue and don't think about things that bother you. Ker-chinng!!!!
I have used it to help my 'dentist phobia' found it did help, whether it is mind over matter not sure.
As others have said you cannot overdose on it.
Wasn`t it developed by a man who felt different "vibes" when he passed his hand over the flowers in his garden? I`ve got a Bach Apren tincture that is supposed to be good for stress. If I`ve taken it and it makes me feel calm then it must be a placebo effect for sure. Psychologically I feel better because I think I`ve taken something so in that respect it works.
Bach Remedies have been around for a good 70 years...so firmly established as a type of homeopathic or alternative medicine. They are meant to be used for problems of the mind...not physical ailments.

There is a recommended dosage, and recovering alcoholics should not use them at all.

"If you have experienced alcohol-dependency problems in the past or are intolerant of alcohol it would not be advisable for you to use the Bach Flower remedies as they are supplied in 27% grape alcohol."
