Name of artist whose work consists of replica environments, messy work spaces...?

Hello,
I can't remember the name of an artist whose work I have seen exhibited and then referenced in a blog or photos from a friend's trip to a gallery.
Replica objects, junk, work spaces, seem undeniably realistic. I remember seeing junk food wrappers, cups, paint brushes, general clutter sitting on a long table that could be easily overlooked, but once the fact is known that everything is artificial, it amazes.
Ring any bells?
