Has anyone with Virgin Media had a problem with watching BBC1 to-day, as it keeps on pausing every 10 seconds. I have phoned them on 150 but all the instructions they give are too fast for me to take in, plus the operator has a Scottish accent, which I can`t understand. Any helpful sensible reply would be much appreciated. Thankyou.
