i have resigned my job due to some misunderstanding with my boss. Now i got a with 2 years bond. iam little confused about the bond. Should i take this job or not?

You'll need to explain what a 'with 2 years bond' is - I don't have a clue and it sounds like no one else does either

Haven't you asked about this before? I recall you work in India for a company that operates under the laws of India so maybe you'd be better seeking guidance in India as there may not be any specialists here on this topic.
