Who owns he garage ian?
I would leave a polite note on the car requesting them not to park there, as you need access.

Perhaps also put a notice on the garage door telling people not to park there.
they may not realise that the garage is in use. Try popping a note on the screen, as suggested

If you get enough people round a car and start bouncing it on the suspension, you can pull it out of the way. It will move a little at the top of each bounce.

not really possible when im leaving for work at 4am
If the offending vehicle is on private land there's not a lot you can do other than request the driver to be more considerate. If however, it's on public highway, call in the Bill and they'll do him for obstruction.
Buy a clamp and clamp them and take your time releasing it, do that each time and they'll get the message.
threaten to withold your rent.

If the garage isn't fit for purpose then get another one. That will shift the LL into doing something about it. By the way if you have asked them not to park there what difference do you think a sign from the ll will make?
Your best bet is to phone the police and tell them you need to get out but someone is blocking your garage, i have parked my vehicle at someones garage, this is some time ago now, at 03:00 in the morning and the police arrived and told me that the owner has phoned and said that a vehicle is blocking his drive the office informed me that i should not block any person entrance / exit and to move away, which i done.
