What one anyway ? I avoid anything that feel they have to warn you that it is a source of something ever since I read all the bad publicity on the Net.

Can't be all that good.....studies have on animals have shown a connection between tumours and artificial sweeteners. Better to just get used to less sugar.

I thought artificial sweetners gave your body the feeling it was getting a sugar energy boost, but wasnt getting the energy so was making you even more hungry and craving sugar, that's maybe why you'r eating so much, your body is craving energy
