She had silicon injections to give her fuller lips and a bit more of a pout, which is supposedly the 'in' thing with actresses / celebrities. Its very dodgy and some people have had bad reactions or too much injected to make their lips swell up so bad that they can't talk or eat. Its the same craze as botox injections in the face to stop wrinkles as botox freezes muscle - although its backfired a bit as many actresses are being refused jobs as they can't properly display facial emotion. Bummer eh?
