For how long and at what temp. Would u GRILL lamb loin chops? What shelf would u use? (mdiddle or top)dHow long and at what tep wouldu ROAST lamb loin chops? And what shelf would u use? (middle or top). Would u cover with foil when roasting? thanks in advance le or top).

Hi tony - yup waiting for answers to my q but - no it's not for tonight dinner - we woulda been pretty hungry if so lol. It's for a meal some other time. I usually fry the chops but want to grill or roast em rather

depends how thick, I turn mine every 5 mins under high grill usually about 15/20 mins

We grill all the time. Top shelf, depends how rare you like them, we do about ten mins each side on full power.
