You ask a stockbroker or other financial intermediary to put them into CREST for you

I have shares in a company, but only as a paper document. I wanted to put them into my td waterhouse portfolio but they need to be registered as electronic... thats all I know

CREST is a UK system so it may not be the specific answer for these particular shares
