I buy the fajita packs when they're on offer, or else I just buy the packets of flour tortillas and make my own fillings. However they only seem to come in packs of 8 which is too much for the two of us, there's always 2 or 3 left over.
Are these freezable? Apart from cold wraps like sandwiches, what could I do with them? It's not enough for another meal for two so they end up getting thrown out!
Make quesadillas! Heat a dry frying pan, scatter cheese and shredded vegetables, chicken, chillis etc over half fold in half an cook on both sides until cheese has melted and tortilla is brown. Serve with guacamole, salsa or sour cream.
Morrisons sell their own brand in packs of 6. Find them in the bread section. They also sell smaller ones in packs of 10, beside the poppadums, etc. As said, they freeze easily.
You can freeze them , you can also make very thin pizzas with them .. Just put the usual pizza toppings on them and put them in the oven to heat the toppings. You can also toast them and cut them up very small and add them to salad instead of croutons
