There's a programme called The Best House Wins, or something like that.
Four members of the public vote on each others houses, and the winner gets £1,000.
A couple of weeks ago, it was set in Brighton.
One of the women on the programme was in a pub called The Mesmerist on Monday when I was having lunch with the GD and her pal.

Harry Secombe, Mantovani, Dorothy Squires to name a few. The last 3 were all quite charming and Dorothy was a great down-to-earth person - liked her very much. I wonder how few ABers will recognise the names :o( never mind, ttfn is having another medicinal tot to cheer herself up now.
