Your mainboard may have extra USB "headers" (two rows of 4 or 5 metal pins) to which you can attach the front panel USB connectors. See your mainboard manual for the location of these.
That's what I mean J2, book says i got 2 header pins and 2 usb sockets are already at front, apparently wired but they don't react when I plug cables in so what more do I need? [don't want to poke around inside till I get a little advice. :-)
Thanx J2. Will read bios and peek my motherboard. Soon. I done bios jumper before or was it cmos when I had to reset pw, so should be a piece of cake. :-)
