Does any one have any information on the apparant collapse of this company. I know there are a lot of investers, some with large amounts involved. I am about to see my solicitor but was wondering if any one has knoledge of any on going investigation.

Yes there is an ongoing investigation by a solicitor called Neville Drury at Timms solicitors of Swadlincote in Derbyshire. His telephone number is 01283 214231. A group of investors have been talking to Neville Drury (me included)who has in turn been trying to communicate with Clive Ballard M.D of Profit By Property . It is worth you contacting him.

I have heard of this company reportedly run by Clive Ballard & Clare Lewin. I have know heard they go by the name of Harrington. The last contact no for Clare Lewin seems to be (0044) 01293 565987.

Hi Lectrician,
I myself invested with this company last year. Since Sept. 06 I have been unsuccessful in contacting them. Their coressponding address and telephone no.s seem to be dead. I am also trying pursue them myself.
Having checked with Co. House, the company is still operating and but their accounts are overdue. All I have are names and contact numbers wiht whom I had previously communicated with. I would welcome sharing information as we get it, as I am determined to find out where my money has gone to.

The Development Mirador De Costalita, number 3 ,block 11, in Cansalada. Which is between San Pedro and Estapona is the apartment Clive Ballard owns. And the Development Las Sallinas on the 3rd floor, apartment C, Block West 2 next to the Las Dunnas Hotel ,just outside Estapona is the apartment he and Clair live in.

Hi, having read the above, you are all wrong. I used to work for the company. The real thieves from the business are Jason Wild and Darren (aka Harry) Harrison. Their motivation is to cover up Darren's theft of his funds from his father and the fact Jason had 15,000 euros of company money transferred direct to his personl account, his past girl friend working for the Spanish Lawyers used.

Also finchley84, are you the same person who signed over your property to Wild and Harrison, so you have an interest in trying to point the finger away from them?

In fact, if you do manage to track this man down, then i am sure clare would appreciate information regarding his whareabouts as he has left her pennyless and gives no support to their family.
