Okay, it's brain frying time.

I just came across this puzzle which I remember doing a few years back and it took me ages. I'm gonna have another go now and it will probably take me a long time to suss it again. There is no point in people posting solutions as they are freely available out there and what is the point if you can't just have a go yourself.
